Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on underwear. Once underwear has been tried on, it must be discarded and cannot be re-sold, which doesn't align with our commitment to low waste and sustainability.

However, if the underwear you receive has any issues, such as defects or quality concerns, we are here to help. Simply provide proof picture of the defect or quality issue, and we will happily issue a full refund or exchange.
